History
Ein grew up in Phenac City, where SPOILERS was able to watch him from an early age. Recognizing his abilities, SPOILERS recruited him into Cipher early in its development. He quickly developed a method which made Pokémon much stronger, at the expense of suppressing their emotions.
After the events of Colosseum, Lovrina took on the role of Cipher’s head scientist, where she spearheaded the development of XD001. What plot will they be working on for Cipher’s next attempt…? (Will either even appear in the next Orre game?)
